Welcome!

We sorted out some tips for the event’s participants to guide themselves the best way between the two cities (Rio de Janeiro and Niteroi). Even if the both cities are divided by the Guanabara Bay, they’re very close from each other, what promotes an intense exchange of culture and service between them.

Feel free to use public transports, like the ferry boat that connects Rio and Niteroi, the subway and VLT tram, but don’t forget to take your RioCard (that can be bought at the VLT terminals, if you wish)! Avoid the rush hours (from 7am to 9am and 5pm to 7pm) at public transportation and be careful when walking on the streets with expensive objects.

If you prefer to use the Taxi Cab service, the most used apps are 99 Taxi, UBER and Easy taxi

The Rio de Janeiro State has an intense artistic and cultural life and it’s also graced with a lush natural beauty, it’s worth to check over.

We have special discounts on hotels, please check the page Where To Stay.
